What is special about LimeService ?

It's response-based, has no feature-limitations and is multi-lingual with over 50 available languages. You get even your own sub-domain and a certain amount of responses for free -  every month.

Pricing starts at FREE!

When you sign up for LimeService you get 25 responses on your account - that means you can collect up to 25 responses from your survey participants for free. Not only that! If your response account balance is less than 25 responses at the end of the month we will stock it up to 25 responses again (for every normal active account). We do not force you to buy anything. The only thing we are asking from you is not to register several accounts to gain more responses.

LimeService is full-featured - for everyone!

We do not keep features away from you like other survey service providers where you get only half the product if you pay less than 30 bucks per months.

No monthly fees - because you only pay what you use!

You don't use it? You do not pay! No surveys this month? You can still sleep well!

You are flexible!

Your survey response balance does not decay as long as you are using your account at least every 3 months (we think that's a pretty long time, isn't it?).

We back you up!

If you don't login to your survey administration for more than 3 consecutive months there are monthly 'costs' of  50 responses per month. To prevent that just login once to have your data alive for another 3 months. If your account is reaching zero we will remove your account for good after giving you additional 2 weeks by emailing you and asking you to login. We will also send emails to you quite some time ago before that limit is reached to make sure you know about it!

We don't lock you in!

If you should not like us anymore (we are sure that won't happen)  you just can export all your data and surveys and go somewhere else. 

What happens if I run out of Survey Responses?

The immediate consequence of having zero Survey Responses on your account is that no one will be able to answer to your survey(s) and you won't be able to access the administration panel. We will however warn you by email in advance if your account balance gets too low. Also using the history graphs about your response usage in the past might help you with what you will need in the future.
