Now available: Change your domain name anytime

We are happy to announce that LimeService customers will now be able to change the domain name of their LimeSurvey installation whenever they like. We created this feature to accommodate customers that have changing project names but would like keep their existing LimeSurvey installation with them at all times. To use this new feature and to modify your sub-domain/domain name just login to the LimeService main website, choose 'Edit account settings', then modify your sub-domain name and save. That's it!

Please note that it usually only takes a couple of minutes until the new domain is active - but in rare cases it can take up to 24 hours until the DNS change becomes effective.
